Accessibility statement
SuiteCue should work for everyone who needs to book, get in the door, run a business, or manage a building.
Last updated 10/04/2026
Our commitment
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, across the marketing site, the owner and pro apps, and the pages clients use to book and open a door pass. We check this as we build, and we fix problems that we find or that you report.
What we build in
- Large touch targets. Buttons, links, and form controls are at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels.
- Readable text and forms. Form fields use 16 pixel text or larger so phones do not zoom in when you tap them. Pinch zoom is never disabled.
- Visible focus. Every interactive element shows a clear focus ring for keyboard users.
- No color-only meaning. Status, errors, and door pass states always include text or an icon along with color.
- Reduced motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, we turn off animations and transitions.
- Screen reader support. Controls have labels, errors are announced, and changes such as a door pass going live are announced through live regions.
Where we may fall short
SuiteCue is new and we are still building. Some pages or third-party parts, such as the card form provided by Stripe, may not meet every criterion yet. If you hit a barrier, we want to hear about it.
Tell us about a problem
Email hello@suitecue.com. It helps if you include the page address, the device and browser you used, and the assistive technology you use, if any. If a barrier stops you from booking or getting into a building, say so and we will help you directly while we fix the cause.
