Access-control vendors

SuiteCue connects a booking to a door. Every access system we support sits behind one small adapter interface, so adding a vendor does not change the rest of the product. An adapter does four things:

1. Issue a credential for one person, for a time window, for a set of doors. The credential can be a PIN, a QR code, or an unlock link.
2. Revoke that credential when an appointment is cancelled, missed, or a tenant leaves.
3. List events so we can match a door entry to the appointment it belongs to.
4. Report health so the building knows when a door system is not responding.

Time-boxed visitor credentials

Every credential we ask for is made for one appointment and one visitor. It becomes valid shortly before the appointment and expires shortly after it, using lead and grace times that each building sets. It is never reused for another visit. The best fit for SuiteCue is a vendor whose API can create and revoke visitor credentials with a start and an end time, and can send signed webhooks for door events.
