Here is who we are, why we texted you, and how to make it stop if you want to.
What SuiteCue is
SuiteCue is the booking and door software used by salon suite buildings. The stylists, barbers, estheticians, and nail techs who rent a suite there use SuiteCue to take bookings. The building uses it to manage the suites. You never need to install anything or make an account.
Why you got a text
You booked, or someone booked for you, with a pro in a building that uses SuiteCue. When you booked, you gave your mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Our texts are about your appointment: a booking confirmation, a reminder, a one-time verification code, or your door pass.
If you were not expecting this text, it may be a wrong number or someone may have typed your number by mistake. Reply STOP and we will not text you again.
What a door pass is
Many suite buildings keep their doors locked. A door pass is a code, a QR code, or an unlock link that opens the building door for your visit only. It belongs to your appointment, it is meant for you, and it stops working when your appointment window ends.
Some buildings do not use door passes. If yours does not, your confirmation text tells you how to get in.
When your door pass goes live
Your pass goes live shortly before your appointment starts, and it expires shortly after your appointment ends. How early and how long are set by the building, not by SuiteCue. Before your pass goes live, the link in your text may show a countdown instead of the code. If you cancel, the pass is cancelled too.
How to stop texts
- Reply STOP to any SuiteCue text. We send one message to confirm, then no more.

- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@suitecue.com.
If you stop texts, you will not get reminders or door passes by text. Your appointment is not cancelled. Ask your pro how they want to handle it.
Your privacy in short
- We keep your name, mobile number, appointment details, and the door pass issued for your visit.
- Your pro and the building’s owner or managers can see the parts that relate to their own location.
- PINs, QR codes, and pass links are never written to our logs.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see your full card number.
