- Late and NSF fee rules are yours: the amounts, the grace days, and the retry schedule are entered per building. SuiteCue never fills one in.

Occupancy and a suite map
See every suite, who is in it, and what is open, on a floor plan you draw once. Put a suite on hold or assign a tenant from the same view.
A door pass per appointment
Each booking creates a pass for that appointment window. It works when the client arrives and stops working when the window closes.
Building traffic by suite
See which suites get visitors and when. Entries are matched to appointments, and an entry after hours with no appointment is flagged for you.
A quiet arrival flow
No one waits in the lobby while a pro is paged. The client taps I'm here or opens the door, and the pro gets a quiet notice. You set the arrival instructions.
Offboarding
End a tenancy in one action.
Ending a tenancy ends the pro's booking page, door access, and directory listing together. No one is left with a code that still works.
- The lease ends and the tenant is no longer active in the building.
- Future appointments are cancelled with notice to clients, and refunds go out.
- Door passes are revoked, and the pro is removed from your access system.
- The booking page stops taking bookings and can point clients to a forwarding link.
- The directory listing is hidden, and everything is written to the audit log.

Questions owners ask first.
What if my building has no smart lock?
SuiteCue still works. The universal fallback shows a pass with your own code only inside the appointment window, so it works with any keypad or static code. If you add a smart lock or an access system later, you connect it then.

No. Every pro inside a SuiteCue building is free, and there are no marketplace commissions. You pay per location per month. When a client pays by card, card processing applies through Stripe Connect, and pros are paid directly.

You do. Fee amounts, grace days, and the retry schedule are entered for each building. If a value is missing, SuiteCue asks you for it instead of picking one.
What happens to a pro's clients when I end a tenancy?
Offboarding runs as one action. Future appointments are cancelled with notice to clients, door passes are revoked, the booking page stops taking bookings, and the directory listing is hidden. You confirm before it runs.
Can I see who comes and goes?
Yes. The traffic view shows visits by suite and time, matches each entry to an appointment, and flags entries after hours that match nothing.
