Brivo

How passes work
A Brivo pass, step by step.
- A booking is confirmed and SuiteCue schedules a pass for the appointment window.
- A little before the window opens, SuiteCue creates a person in Brivo with access for that window only.
- The pass reveals the way in once the window is open, and access ends when the window closes.
- If the booking is cancelled, SuiteCue revokes the access.
The owner sets how long before the window a pass is made and how long it stays valid after. SuiteCue does not choose those times.
Requirements
What you need.
- Sandbox and per-customer API key.
- SuiteCue signs in to Brivo with OAuth2 plus that key.
- Brivo also works through Seam. Connecting to Brivo directly does not add Seam credit cost.
