Door access

Kisi

Beta

Time-boxed visitor links and QR codes for buildings that run Kisi.

Beta means this connection is built to the vendor's API and contract-tested. Design partners validate it on real doors.

How passes work

A Kisi pass, step by step.

  1. A booking is confirmed and SuiteCue schedules a pass for the appointment window.
  2. A little before the window opens, SuiteCue asks Kisi for a link for the doors on the pass. Kisi returns the link and a QR code.
  3. The client opens the pass from a text. Inside the window it shows the link and QR code, and it stops working when the window closes.
  4. If the booking is cancelled, SuiteCue revokes the pass.

The owner sets how long before the window a pass is made and how long it stays valid after. SuiteCue does not choose those times.

Requirements

What you need.

  • Pro plan API access.
  • QR needs a Terminal Pro reader.
  • Kisi also works through Seam. Connecting to Kisi directly does not add Seam credit cost.
