RemoteLock
BetaA guest credential created for each appointment window on buildings that run RemoteLock.
Beta means this connection is built to the vendor's API and contract-tested. Design partners validate it on real doors.
How passes work
A RemoteLock pass, step by step.
- A booking is confirmed and SuiteCue schedules a pass for the appointment window.
- A little before the window opens, SuiteCue creates a guest in RemoteLock with the appointment's start and end times.
- The pass shows the guest's PIN once the window is open, and the PIN stops working when the window closes.
- If the booking is cancelled, SuiteCue removes the guest.
The owner sets how long before the window a pass is made and how long it stays valid after. SuiteCue does not choose those times.

- SuiteCue connects to RemoteLock directly, so it adds no Seam credit cost.
